Tonights dinner…homemade spaghetti bolognese made with 5%fat beef mince, first time trying wholegrain spaghetti too…
Couldnt taste alot of difference in the wholegrain spaghetti so thats me converted if its better for u

Ok …so final night of my “Epic” road trip … I went nowhere really fast somehow
This was tonight fabulous dinner … Steak and Lobster.
I have a ton of leftovers for my midnight snack ( like I’ll be conscious at that time!)

Made a moussaka. Forgot the eggs, but let’s see how it tastes. Has been a while zo just cooked for myself. Was nice to experience it gets me out of my head for a certainty n time.

Glutenfree pasta, salmon, spinach, lots of garlic, pepper and olive oil.
The sad thing is that this pasta starts to crumble as soon as it cools down a little
I haven’t found a gf pasta that doesn’t do that.
