Not a big fan of Gnocchi. Don’t even know how it got in the house :joy:

The sauce was good.
Still not a fan.

Try pan frying the gnocchi in butter until it is golden brown and toasted. I defy you not to like it then :wink:

Make it a sage brown butter sauce with a squeeze of lemon and some crispy fried sage leaves to garnish.
