What kind of kitchen do you work in, Tony? My grandpa was a sous chef in Vegas casinos/restaurants and I take a lot of inspiration from him. I certainly can’t cook for 2…always too much. He was my Mexican grandpa and would have approved of your burritos by the way!
I was trained in 4 and 5 star hotels and good restaurants in England,now im a relief chef,i go aroundI Ireland covering for staff shortages,quite a drop in standards of food for what im trained for but 6am to 2pm mon to fri and weekend work when i want is very good for me now,thanks for the compliment
All I wanted was an olive smile face…and of course good white cheddar. I taste-ish it because it’s sharp.
