My lil fiesta bowl just keeps evolving.
Sometimes if I’m feeling really frisky, I’ll put some tomatillo salsa on there.
Forgot to get cilantro. Just going to start growing my own again in the autumn.

I started growing one parsley plant when I got here. Don’t use it much. Still haven’t used it but when I need fresh parsley I’ll ready.
I think I will do that with cilantro.
The impressive part is eating.

Pre-workout meal (3 hours before) 4 eggs & a protein pancake with butter & maple syrup. Gave me enough energy to make it through 1 hour of high intensity combative cardio & 1 hour advanced krav maga.
Two things: The first I made myself eat at 10am. It’s a bad choice not to eat. And then the “impressive.” And yes, despite all things, I am a 99% cloth napkin user.

I have never enjoyed one of these in my life (we call them Aubergine s over here) it’s the only veg I can say I don’t like it’s the texture that does it for me but ……you’ve just made one that looks quite edible I actually give that one a go
I am in your same boat. I was never a fan. Turns out if you cover them in bread, cheese and sauce they are delightful!
