I’ve been into Avocado toast lately. Today I whipped up an Avocado Ranch from scratch to accompany the arugula, avocado, & egg. Topped with pickled red onion.

Not Teriyaki chicken …!no Teriyaki sauce or green peppers so this is Chinese chicken with broccoli and red peppers and spring onions I’ll definitely do it again thanks @Tony1878

I used to eat cucumber sandwiches for my lunch at school. It’s what I asked to have for my lunches I love them . My brother’s and sisters could never understand why just cucumber was my favourite.
I was a vegetarian until my late teens.
