What the fresh hell is that?! Leftovers often taste better the next day or the following! His loss, more for you. I love crockpot roasts just for that reason, you’ve inspired me to make one soon.

Pasta bake with Italian sausage, zucchini, red bell pepper, mushrooms, onions and garlic of course, jarred pasta sauce, penne pasta, mozzarella provolone blend in the mix and topped with more mozzarella and lastly Parmesan. I love how it looks and smells but it has to sit before we can tuck in after it stops being molten.

I should do this! And then cut it in pieces for the freezer after meal #1. This generally helps gluten-free pasta.
I’d have to make one with meat and one without, or I will just double pop in veg. Not hard and I should DO IT.
