I got home from work early and got in bed to take a “nap”. That was 2 hrs ago. Haven’t been able to sleep. My brain won’t shut off. I’m tired, feeling very blah & anxious. I don’t know what my problem is. I feel icky. All day today I’ve been fighting the desire to isolate myself. I know that’s not what my marriage needs right now. Hate when I’m this way. I’ve also been thinking about drinking all day. Just random thoughts popping up in the back of my head about how nice it would be to relax with a glass of wine. Ugh.

Dentist done. Dinner before the meeting.
Joking about the Invisalign diet, doctor says actually yes: on average patients lose about 15 lbs over the course of treatment due to lack of snacking. Wowzers!
Then she gave me candy for being such a good boi today.

He offered. He took the dog for a run but I didn’t feel like going. It’s dark and cold now. We just ordered in Chinese food. I’ll be going for a walk in the morning for sure. Thanks for the suggestion! Have a good night.

I’m very thankful for DoorDash and the means to order delivery. Neither of us felt like getting out tonight or cooking. Can’t wait to get my spring rolls and fortune cookie

Had a productive day at work. Led a pretty good meeting with higher ups and feeling happy about the direction I’m going.
At dinner right now, my kids are playing with their beyblades while we wait lol Don’t worry it’s not a sit down restaurant.

Happy it’s Friday! What a long week. I ordered a DVD it arrived today gonna throw it in and watch. Its a good flick I’ve seen it before its called Without Limits.
