Great that you celebrated nicely 
My friday is already over, I’m on the couch, fire in the stove, ginger tea, cats on & beside me.
The scar on my hand hurts today, my tummy rebells against something I ate today but this doesn’t bother me. It was a semi-productive, nice day, Everything I ordered arrived today, the kitchen is clean, the laundry is on the dryer, the car is filled up, I enjoyed a looong hot shower and wear my favourite comfy nightgown. This is my perfect friday evening

My Auntie is in town and we are going to have dinner tonight, looking forward to that, partly because I love my Auntie and haven’t seen her in a while and partly because I’m freakin’ hungry!
Today I finished a song I started making like 3 years ago, so that’s good!
As of now, no plans for the weekend, just gonna let life do it’s thing.

Checking in to say: A sober friday makes waking up on saturday so nice, it never gets old 
Fell asleep on the couch yesterday, changed to bed at some time and was up very early. So it’s not even 7 a.m. and catchores are done, electric stove got deep cleaned, the dishwasher is running, the sink sparkles, the house is aired and there’s a fire in the wood fired stove. One window got cleaned, Schimanski stole my new hairband and I enjoy a big cup of ginger tea.

My birthday was a fun mix of chores and good moments. The best part was that my e-piano arrived a day early, so I could start playing the piano again after 17 years.

But I’ve found a nice python code, which automatically generates fingerings for my sheets of music.

Been a busy morning but I’m pushing through. Still dealing with dizzy spells but at least I think I am on the mend with the flu symptoms. Grateful to be getting out of the house (thank goodness for masks LOL).
I did take a lovely hot shower and just painted my nails to feel better outwardly. Gonna try to nap now.

We got a little snow over night here, but its already melted. Stay warm and drive safe!
Woke up to a work issue, seemed simple, nuh-uh. It snowballed into a major issue, perfect. So, we’ll see how that goes.
My wife is having her 7th and final interview RIGHT NOW for a sweet gig, fingers crossed.
I have a gym appointment later this afternoon. I’ve grown to really enjoy my time at the gym, I can see how people become gym rats (no offense); it’s almost addictive.
Tonight will be a quiet night at home. Home cooked dinner and the series finale of the current show we’re watching on Netflix.
