Last Sunday, I just barely managed to pass the companion dog exam, as Alma secretly stood up behind my back and then sat down again before I turned around. Aside from that, she wasn’t particularly cooperative either. But a pass is a pass.
This Friday, I still have to get through my third cold of this winter at work—but then it’s finally the weekend.
Have an excellent weekend with great activities and quality time with the people who matter to you.

What are you doing today?
Me?
Today I will sign the sales contract for a property I don’t need and want anymore. Blessings on my lawyer who turned a lousy first draft from the buyer’s lawyer into something I’m willing to sign
As it is a 3 h drive to the notary there and back, I will grab some take out food afterwards and I will enjoy homey home time for the rest of the day.
But first: Cuddle the cat (Watson), carry around the shoulder cat (Sherlock), snuggle Missi cat, walk the dog (sunny & chill weather 
), empty the dishwascher, hang up laundry.
All including me are already fed, the plants watered, we are having a relaxed morning.
Maybe I’ll be back for an update in the afternoon.
Friday night here, resting up
On the cards tonight some gaming and maybe a movie.
Hey! My first Friday here and Day 3 for me. Im expecting a challenging weekend but optimistic and motivated to push through my first weekend successfully.
I am going away with my husband and children today as the kids are competing in a World Cup competition. When I booked our accomodation the pre-sober me of the past thought it would be a great idea to book us to stay in a pub. 
So I am certainly going to need to distract myself regularly.
There is also often a lot of social drinking at the competitions as there is a lot of hanging around waiting. But that I think will be easier to avoid.
Either way Im grateful to be here, have an optimistic head on and am planning to succeed. Its 11am and Ive already had the good foresight to acknowledge where the sticking spots will be and reach out here to give myself distraction, motivation and accountability. 
Looking forward to reading what you are all up to while Im avoiding the queue at the bar.

Me had a pamper me day: Petcuddles galore, hairdresser long nap, relaxed day, warm socks, an interesting documentary on TV.
Off to bed now, my sober head needs a comfy pillow

Friday night for another 30 minutes. My after work french toast plans have been pushed off until tomorrow because my brain is squishy with a hard day’s work.
Tomorrow I’m going to a thrift fair with my sister and then I’ll eat the toast of the french. Happy weekend.

I’ll try to do better from now on and make sure I don’t miss two Fridays again — once is an accident, twice starts to look suspicious.
Please excuse me for failing to check in over the last two Fridays. I was away at a conference on one occasion, and yesterday, because of the public holiday in Germany, I unfortunately just forgot due to several activities.

Happy Friday, everybody!
My holidays end today, but my girlfriend and I had a great time. Yesterday, we spent five hours at an outlet shopping in lots of different stores (Nike, Adidas, Haribo, Rituals, The North Face, Jack Wolfskin, etc.), which was fun despite the fact that I’m not really into shopping.
