Thank god for my sobriety
Todayā¦
- I didnt wake up sick and tired.
- For having lived in the same time as Jerry Garcia, Billy Strings and Phish.
- Not working outside in the rain today.
- Half day tommorow.
- Naps
I am grateful that my blood sugar is so much easier to handle being sober. No kidding. I take responsibility of it instead of hiding and being the poor victim.
I am grateful to be sober.
I am grateful I slept a lot better.
I am grateful there is not too much i feel obliged to do.
I am grateful I have enough.
I am grateful for still being alive
I am grateful for the pool and cold showers
I am grateful for food
I am grateful to have a roof over the top
I am grateful for my parents
Today I am grateful for:

- Early morning meeting and seeing so many familiar faces
- Sober sleep

Grateful for this coffee and yummy lemon scone.

Itās hump day ā¦ today iām grateful for the followingā¦
- my cousin from Exeter and her youngest will be arriving this weekend for a 3 week visit - havenāt seen them in so long
- vegan ice cream that tastes delicious and has the rich and creamy texture of real ice cream
- subtle exercises to loosen the joints and help with mobility without stressing the body
- starting the day with coconut oil pulling to strengthen teeth along with many other benefits
- my new longer knitting needles that make it easier to work on my blanket without straining my hands (could still be a bit longer but so much better than what i was working with).
I am grateful I slept well.
I am grateful the sky is covered.
I am grateful that taking one step after another is doable. I used to look at the final goal which was often overwhelming. Incremental goals.
I am grateful I wake up early without alarm.
I am grateful I have enough.
Grateful for funny animal videos on YouTube. They always chase the blues away.
Grateful we have just what we need.
Grateful my sleep has been improving.
Grateful for my friend and mentor Rick.

- gluten free vegan naan bread (local Indian store just started carrying) - was able to make delicious pizza using caramelized sweet onion for cheese
