Grateful for Special K Red Berry cereal.
Grateful for the INSP channel and itās classic Western shows to get me through the afternoon.
Grateful to receive more money from my injury case. Great timing!
Grateful for this quiet morning.
Grateful just to know that bad situations donāt last forever. āThis too shall passā.
I am grateful I wasnāt so exhausted today.
I am grateful I started a task at work that I am postponing for weeks now.
I am grateful I could concentrate - I was alone in the office.
I am grateful today next week Iāll be in Switzerland or Italy.
I am grateful to be sober.
I am grateful for:
ā¢ Swimming with my children
ā¢ Cooking the third healthy dinner for them in a row (and they have eaten it all)
ā¢ I can hear church bells being rung, must be ringing practice
ā¢ A lovely session in the gym which wasnāt spoilt by my migraine aura appearing, painkillers worked
ā¢ Work was interesting today
Today Im grateful for:
- Being able to listen
- Being able to talk
- Mindfulness
- The really bad movie I saw at the cinema today
- The fields nearby
And another set:
- Clean bed sheets
- That Iām able to get up at 3 AM for work bc I have an alarm clock and legs
- My family
- Fresh bottled water everywhere
- All the tasty food everywhere
Today I am grateful for:
- My beautiful friend who talks me off the ledge at work
- The workout I got in today
3 being pain free - Having completed my grocery shopping this am
- My sobriety

- Iām happy for my life, my family, and being sober 2 weeks.

I am the sun is less intense now. Still too hot.

I am grateful I got the train back without waiting for too long and that my bike was at the station.

- Watching the loss with friends who made it more bearable

- I am grateful that Iām able to make a sourdough loaf overnight, and that I have the knowledge to do so.
