I am grateful that I lead a very hard discussion with my landlord about some investments I put in renovation of my old apartment, 3 months before he has terminated the rental agreement due to his own use. I didn’t fall into that codependent, nice girl “haha everything is OK” modus. At the end I had confirmation that he will give me back a bit of the money and buy my old dishwasher.

one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time with my fella. We were all sorts of busy and accomplished much, laughed a lot and enjoyed quality time together.
the return to seasonally normal weather for this time of year because that is my favorite temperature range. We had everything from abundant sunshine to gentle thunderstorms and cool, overcast weather this weekend and I loved all of it.
