I am grateful that I lead a very hard discussion with my landlord about some investments I put in renovation of my old apartment, 3 months before he has terminated the rental agreement due to his own use. I didn’t fall into that codependent, nice girl “haha everything is OK” modus. At the end I had confirmation that he will give me back a bit of the money and buy my old dishwasher.

- The call I had with my parents today which is my mother’s birthday. She loves the gifts I sent and I’m happy about that.
- I’m grateful for my rowing machine. I can feel that exercise makes me feel a bit better.
- I’m grateful for my creativity.
- I’m grateful I bought good ingredients for my pizza last night. It felt like a treat.
- Grateful I have a reasonable supermarket nearby.

I am grateful for the beautiful autumn weather the last 3 days.
I am grateful for people convincing me to go on vacation.

I’m grateful for:

On this Sunday night, I’m grateful for:
- one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time with my fella. We were all sorts of busy and accomplished much, laughed a lot and enjoyed quality time together.
- the return to seasonally normal weather for this time of year because that is my favorite temperature range. We had everything from abundant sunshine to gentle thunderstorms and cool, overcast weather this weekend and I loved all of it.
- no migraine for several days and none in sight atm.
- my houseplants and how well they are thriving in our new home.
- pictures of my niece, video chats and phone calls and being a part of her life even from afar.
- counting down the days until my parents arrive for a few days visit, just over two weeks from now, and how much homier our home is to be able to host them compared to when they were helping us wrap up our move.
Today Im grateful for:
- My friends that support and love me
- My comfy bed
- My sobriety
- My home
- My family
Greatful that I’m not hungover this morning.

Greatful that my family is happy and healthy.
Greatful that I can identify and have the willingness to recognise the above.
Greatful that I am moving forward with a minor injury that has been affecting my running.
