I am sooo thankful today for the air, the sky, the moon. And the stars. I am thankful for my resilience and the bright, happy, peaceful life ahead of me. I am thankful i know sobriety is mine and my lifw is getting better everyday.

I am grateful for meering James at my Wednesday AA meeting
I am grateful James called me, out of the blue while I was in the middle of mental breakdown today and talked me through it.

Today im greatful i rang my dad last night and i know it made his day to give him someone other then my mum to yap at !!! I’m greatful to wake up next to my loving partner and be told he’s proud of me … im also greatful i get to go to work so i can pay for my family holiday x

I am grateful, now I’m sober, my son wanted to come along with me to a concert last night.
I am grateful my kids are far more happy (with me) now I’m sober
I am grateful that I found my own dignity back…I do not longer need to say Yes to everthing people ask me to do because I no longer feel I’m a very bad person who needs to make up for that…

Today I am grateful for the chance to take my 2 girls out for lunch and a wander round town.
On the other hand,it could end up expensive.

Grateful for friendships with sober friends. Grateful for joys found in tea, a good laugh and wholesome activities. Grateful for my beautiful man who supports me. Grateful for you all too, hope today was a good day for you too

I am grateful that I get to live another sober day, I’m also grateful for all my fur babies, and I’m grateful that i get an second chance to live my best life. I almost died from od (well I did die I was lucky to get an second chance) so no more taking life for granted
