What are steps are you trying to take? Have you tried incorporating a program of any kind? Reading? Journaling? Meditation? You can catch many different kinds of programs online 24/7. You aren’t required to turn on your camera or speak. You can just sit in and absorb.

You may want to try to up your engagement here, as well. It takes a lot more than abstaining. Rooting for you!
