My Welsh Nana drank tea. My Irish Gramps drank coffee. I drank both coming up, but pretty much drank only coffee in the Marines, as there was always a pot of it around. Drank a lot of iced tea though, unsweetened of course. When I lived in Okinawa, I loved going into the Japanese coffee houses. Great coffee, and the best fried rice I’ve ever had. Was introduced to barley tea there as well.

Oh boy! I can go on and on about this tea…but I’d be VERY careful, as it may become your new addiction. lmao

I know that Tension Tamer has St. John’s Wort, which is recommended by psychiatrists to help with anxiety and depression. It’s really helpful.

I’m a decaf coffee girl all day till late Arvo then I have my tea in the evening

Is it similar to coffee with milk?? I just…cannot wrap my head around it!!

I am a coffee drinker, but also drink fruit or green tea. Had an English tea with a milk a few months back and it wasn’t that bad, especially with a nice slab of cake . Growing up we use to have a teasmade, saved going downstairs to put kettle on.
