In vast amounts. Bialetti made with cocoa and sweetener or just with plant milk. Recently also regular milk when I’m somewhere where there’s no plant. I drink instant coffee when I bake and cook (dunno why) and decaf instant when it’s too late for the real stuff. I drink espresso shots during night shifts. Always plenty of coffee. Plenty is the main thing.

Hot or iced I drink both. Just cream. I enjoy Death Wish and Green Mountain Roasters the most. I’d rather them over Dunks or Starbucks nowadays.

At home? Lots of cream and sugar. This might be because I buy affordable coffee & it’s not good black; I have had high-end coffees black that I liked, but I don’t buy those because they cost at least five times as much.

Ooooh a good espresso shot, just straight up, is really, really good. But that’s a treat reserved for special occasions (when I am at a nice cafe w a friend).
