So now I have 68 days Clean and Sober.
What a load of crap that was… oh well I made it 5 days. That’s the longest I’ve gone in over a year… Sunday I will have to start again. I’m going to try to at least set goals. Next goal is 8 days.

Hello everyone, today I am celebrating 219 days of sobriety.Just 219 days ago, I woke up on the steps of a treatment center.There I laid tired from an five day binge on crack cocaine and alcohol with little to nothing to eat during the time. I made it I survived. After treatment I burst through those doors and became a better person day by day…one step at a time…I am getting closer to my goal One year and then to continue with many years after that. Thank you All for your support.

I have been clean from opiates, Benzos, meth and everything in between for 2 years, 4months & 11 days.
