Hello it is time for me to start working on my next addiction, and the worst of all of them, food, sugar, and overeating. I’ve been reading about OA, found meetings and resources. Im really just looking to talk to someone with experience in this program. I’m looking into trying OA90. Thanks!

Hey there, you are definitely not alone. I am a sugar addict and am in treatment for an eating disorder. I have looked at EDA meetings and may incorporate them into my recovery when I am finished with the team at the hospital. Right now, my schedule is just too full as I am super active in NA. There is a thread where we help each other stay accountable on our no sugar journey, you are welcome to join us there. And Aleya started a check in thread for no binge eating. I do believe she was going to OA, maybe still is!!!
