Got a new one today I’ve never seen before. Really good flavor just not nearly as hot I was hoping for with the ghost pepper in the name and description. I wish companies wouldn’t put that on the label unless they truly have a kick.

Unfortunately back when I was drinking I had some symptoms of gastritis so for now I avoid super hot stuff these days but I enjoy looking at y’all post them lol

I make it. Living in Thailand and Laos over a decade gave me a love for spice. Made some Carolina reaper sauce this summer.
Have a big garden. Maybe next summer I’ll make ya’ll a sober sauce!

My favorite sauce and the best fresh sauce I’ve ever had, is to get 25 serranos and 14 tomatillos. ( I think now I would reverse those numbers )
Cook the tomatillos just covered with water until they collapse.
Put the tomatillos in the blender with the serranos, one big onion, Possibly a little more water.
Blend/chop.
Add lots of chopped cilantro. Add salt.
It was SO HOT and gels in the fridge!
I love it on cottage cheese.
Truly I wanted the tomatillo sauce straight.
PS I’ve never had a wing.

6 / 10 - Very garlicy. Not too hot, but it is warm. Would be good on crispy fried wings.
8/10 - Nice flavor, almost like a mix of Franks Redhot sauce and Tobasco. Would be great on simen or pizza.
8/10 - tastes more like Franks Redhot sauce than anything. I don’t know if I’ve actually had real Wasabi (most wasabi here is just green colored horseradish), so not sure if it’s close to wasabi flavor.

I got same box set during the holidays…have only opened two (cascabella and habanero red)…interesting flavors but not spicy for me

While I opened (almost all), i ended up only using a couple of them and tossed the rest. Like you, I didn’t feel they were hot enough. I mean, my 3 year old liked the “extra hot hot sauce”… come on man!!!
