Day 16 done. i was better today than yesterday… but I have no idea how I’m going to get past the two min mark!
Day 16 tried the reading. Helped a bit but still had to split my time
Day 16 is done. I can’t wait until late in the day like this! Not feeling it today, but I made it just past 2 min.
Day 14 done ! Im trying to keep up straight arm planks through the whole challenge. So far no breks in between.
Wow, I just realized. When I complete this 30 day challenge, I’ll be one day past my 90 day AF goal
Day 17 is done✔…on a tile floor, not recommended!!
Day 17 . Trying not to think about the next days’ time requirements
Day 17 done. Just over 2 min, feeling like I’m peaked! Tomorrow is suppose to be 2 min 30 sec, I don’t know if that’s going to happen, but I’m going to try! Happy planking everyone!!
I know! But this is such a good mental exercise. I was chuckling again yesterday, so far into the future in my head, and thinking “I’m completely fine with never drinking again ever. Ever ever ever. But eff, how am I gonna ever plank for 5 whole minutes?”
Stay in the present, M! Easier said than done.
I needed to take a break, as my back hurts. Hopefully i will be back in the game tomorrow

I had to take a rest day today. Between this challenge the squat challenge and my yoga challenge I am so freakin sore!
Day 17 held as long as possible 1:35. Took a small break and finished the last bit. I think the hardest part for me is breathing. For some reason I tend to try and hold my breath. I do this with other exercises also. Who knew breathing was so hard
Day 15 complete. I definitely feel like I am getting to the edge of my physical abilities to hold a continuous plank but I am intrigued to see how far I will be able to continue.
I set a timer, closed my eyes, and focused on my breathing. I will get 2 minutes tomorrow and the day after. What a great mental challenge this will be beyond that.
Day 17 and 18 done. Shouldn’t have skipped the previous days. Need to keep them up. But I cannot see myself doing 5 min.
I did day 18 today. The target is 2:30, but I stopped at 1 min for a few seconds then got to 1:25 then stopped. I’ve been farther before but my muscles felt stiff and sore. I think I’m going to call today a sort of rest day and then tomorrow’s a rest day, then come back to it on the 20th and see how I feel
Day 18 . I couldn’t sleep (insomnia sucks!), so I planked in the dark - just me and my stopwatch. Gawd, what a life!
Day 18 is done!! Had friends planking as well, so that was kind of fun. Still prefer reading while planking!!
