But I got a giggling fit near the end of the 30 secs. Back in “the day” (pre-TS) I could plank like a damn but I think you all know what my workout reward was! Hey - just more proof I had my drinking habit under control if I was fit, right? Sigh…
Now I’m really proud that 30 seconds is work and I’m sober.
Gotcha! I was “healthy”, too. Washed down my salad with grilled salmon and scant salad dressing with a bottle of wine.
Decided to get day 5 done first thing this morning I’m undecided about what is going to happen at the end of the month 5 minutes is a long time
