Day 7 done. Tried to do the same: 2 minutes. Very interesting, you start sweating without moving

Day 7 done! I closed my eyes to avoid looking directly at all the dog hair on the floor. It was easier but I went overtime by 3 nanoseconds.
This justifies cheese.

Day 7 done. Note for myself: time to clean the carpet. Or the lazy version: use a mat…
Have much fun!

Day 8 is done, definitely feeling it, but have been up over 1 min 30 seconds the last two days. Love that 7 of the 8 family members that started this with me are still getting their plank on every day. My 69 year old mom went from struggling to get 6 seconds on day 1 to hitting her 45 second goal yesterday!

Day 8 done :heavy_check_mark:

As others mentioned, using a yoga mat or on a rug is kinder to your forearms. Another good tip is wear sneakers for better stability. And try either arm variation (forearm or straight) to see which feels best to you.

So glad everyone is doing well!!
