Skipped yesterday so I’ve done part 1 today and I’ll do a second 45 sec plank later today to catch up.

Day 9!! One minute … still not too bad, but keeping proper form is a bit of a challenge…

Another tip, wear sneakers! I live in Florida and am always barefoot. Planking is ‘easier’ for me with more to grip the floor than just my toes…especially as time gets longer.
