Day 7 complete. Again using both forearm n straight arm. N always a yoga mat as suggested by @SassyRocks. Putting my phone in front of me with stop watch. Headphones on to distract n working on keeping pose till song is complete.

Another tip…as time gets longer read a book…it helps!!

Day 8 i believe, done. Mix forearm n straight arm. Topped my time from yesterday by a few then did another minute of straight arm. Never sweated so much being still.:sweat_smile:

Another tip, wear sneakers! I live in Florida and am always barefoot. Planking is ‘easier’ for me with more to grip the floor than just my toes…especially as time gets longer.
