I’m not sure that doing 24 squats and kicks right before bedtime was a good idea? I have the day off tomorrow, but still an early start for my 6:30 AA meeting, haircut and race packet pickup.

Really good gym session this morning topped off with 2 minutes of jumping jacks. Day 2 done!
Day one and two done! I am glad no-one saw me doing jumping jacks in my boots and puffer coat outdoors. Or I hope no-one did!

Day 2 I had to take breaks Covid fatigue sucks My upper respiratory system is fine. I didn’t even get a cough or runny nose but this fatigue can suck it!
I’m a bit late to the party but I’m gonna join. I hope I will stay more than 3 days this time
And to do so I must avoid pushups, triceps dips, planks and all those which feels to much for my neck and shoulders But I will replace them with something else.
