If the number of reps start getting hard, you can always divide the workout in half so you have 2 rounds and have like a 30 second break between them

Took the rest day friends. Checking in tomorrow for day 12.
Dude. Got behind. Didn’t do 9 and 10 yesterday. Did Day 9 today. I’m slackin. It’s all good. I will catch up. Gonna do a set in the am and then in the evening.
Went for another 1.5 hr walk tonight. Not sure what hit me today. My mind was messin with me. But the walk helped.

Day 12 done! I followed your advice @Becsta, so; 9 push-ups from the feet • 13 sit-ups • 15 squats • 13 sit-ups • 15 squats
Yeah I like breaking the squats up. Today I did 10 narrow, 10 ‘normal width squat’ and 10 wide. Get bored otherwise lol
Day 12 done. I had a steroid injection in my spine yesterday and it felt fine for the crunches this morning!

Walks are great! I do them on my breaks and lunch. They reset me for the workday. Glad it helped you out yesterday.
