Thanks guys for all the well wishes. Still really swollen so at a minimum I’ll be out of the challenge for tomorrow too. I’ll be fine though so no worries about me. Since it’s a condition I’ve had all my life I’m pretty use to it but it still sucks when an episode takes me out of my fitness

Guys I forgot to check in yesterday but 10th day completed. The crunches are starting to get me
If the number of reps start getting hard, you can always divide the workout in half so you have 2 rounds and have like a 30 second break between them

Day 12 done! I followed your advice @Becsta, so; 9 push-ups from the feet • 13 sit-ups • 15 squats • 13 sit-ups • 15 squats
Yeah I like breaking the squats up. Today I did 10 narrow, 10 ‘normal width squat’ and 10 wide. Get bored otherwise lol
Day 12 done. I had a steroid injection in my spine yesterday and it felt fine for the crunches this morning!

Still a bit of swelling left in my hands but I might try to do day 12 stuff later to be caught up
Oh yay she’s back! Don’t overdo it though great to hear the swelling is easing
Walks are great! I do them on my breaks and lunch. They reset me for the workday. Glad it helped you out yesterday.
