After doing curtsy lunges I always have terrible muscle pain in my butt! They seem effective for a nice ass!

It’s Sunday here and I try to make it my rest day so I’ll be swapping today with tomorrow.
Day 9 Completed - I’m glad to be back!
Day 17 done after bike ride. Now hiding in the dark.
Day 17 done! Splitting the crunches and lunges up in 2 different blocks.
Day 17 - added weight to squats and still doing all push-ups on toes and in a row. I hope to be able to continue that for the push-ups till the end.
@Astro thats when I’ll be breaking the squats into 2 rounds lol

Forgot to check in day 15. That was done. I’m behind but I plan on catching up.
Just did day 16th loving the crunches. I’ve never done a core challenge so this is a starter.

Got behind a day.
Day 18 here which is rest day.
However, I missed yesterday so did it this morning as part of the circuit I wrote up on Saturday.
I was on vacation this weekend and took a much needed break. Back at it tomorrow! (I’ll likely sub rest for day 17 to get back in the groove).
