The squats are starting to get up there a bit. I think they’ve been good for my hamstrings actually. Which has been good for my one goofy knee. Which has been good for my running :slightly_smiling_face:

Day 20 done, though I’ve made some small changes :see_no_evil:; 12 push-ups on the feet • 19 crunches • 21 squats • 60 secs plank • 10 lunges with each side
