Also, Iâm not sure how yous are doing them but today I split the exercises up at the end of a shoulder and core workout. So one set shoulders 36 leg raises, one set shoulders , 80 second plank, shoulders/ 86 crunches. It saved some time and gave me a breather.

I just finished day 15. If you havenât taken a rest day, and I havenât, you have done 750 crunches, 300 leg lifts and 675 seconds in plank up to this point. Pat yourself on the back, if your abs will allow it.
200 seemed ambitious.
