Minions woke up early yesterday so I had to make my workout in the evening. But its done :slight_smile: day 5 plus yoga plus some short 10min hiit.
I fall asleep together with kids so I had long good sleep with funny kung-fu master style dreams.

Today they woke up early again so no morning yoga, no morning abs for me :frowning: But day is long so I will do it later

Day 6 done.
Plus yoga, upper body kettlebell workout and millions unnecessary kcal in sweets. I totally lost control. Disappointed much.

I’m seriously irritated at myself as I thought I had myself under control and knew exactly how far I could go without hurting myself with doing pushups in February. While in fact I’m back where I was two years ago, with my left shoulder and neck hurting like hell for days now. Stupid me. Will have to wait and see when I’ll be back on track. Might take some considerable time. Have fun all and take care. x

I’m also on a March challenge Hiatus….i feel like any recovery I get between my new classes has to be spent on my own C25k or other endeavours. I’m just not strong enough yet to add this challenge in, I’ve walked around like a penguin most the day and have yoga tomorrow again…so I bow out to you lovely strong people and will join you on the next one. My abs are crying, or is it dying?

Day 6 abs and boat done at bootcamp this morning. Did well over the # of situps and 3 minutes of the boat (not all at once :laughing:). Home from work and got my Peloton ride done, pushups and a relaxing stretch session. Unfortunately I have to clean my house now as friend is coming to stay a few days, looking forward to bed!

@Mno @Tragicfarinelli take care of yourselve. I am certain there will be many more challenges for you to join in!

Sorry about the injury. Smart move, short term injuries can turn into very long term injuries if you continue to push through them. Rest it up.

Day 5 yesterday and Day 6 today, both challenges. Had to rest after 10 leg raises both days tho… methinks I’m missing a few muscles. :sweat_smile:

Like @Jasty2 said, I will have to start splitting these into sets sooner than later…
