@DryIn785 i was hoping to be earlier too last night, but we were watching a movie. But I made sure to shut screens down right after. So that is a success as far as I’m concerned. We can improve slowly. Just another habit to change in time. Not over one night.

I was sick yesterday and slept until 9:15 am, then layed around all day. I still went to bed at 11pm (that’s early for me) and slept most of the night.
I swear we have talked about this before! It does scare me to try again, and it doesn’t happen every time.

@RosaCanDo … I think we have. The dreams aren’t always scary Steven King…but def WEIRD. Like, where in the world did THAT come from? I’m impressed with my own bizarre creativity. Doesn’t make for restful sleep.

Slept from 22:00 till 8:00. Awesome. Tomorrow workday, have to get up at 6, would be nice to be in bed at the same time tonight. Going for it.

LMFAO. This is me every morning at 4:00 am when the alarm goes off. I’ve been really trying to be asleep by 10 but it just ain’t happening.
I try to be asleep by 10:30pm, but sometimes my brain has other plans.
