I love that one.

I listened to Sez all day yesterday, I am feeling pretty emptional about one of my sponsees struggle. I can feel her pain and its hard. Even though I practice detaching with love my extremely sensing and empathetic nature are impossible to turn off. Meditations are saving me right now.

Here’s a few others I’ve been enjoying recently:

Really like Don McAvinchey! The sound is wonky on a few of his older ones so if you check him out be careful going back a ways. He also does really lovely live meditations on I think Wednesday… the one this week was powerful! and in the discussion afterwards I mentioned something I experienced that he saw relating to codependency and it was incredibly eye opening.
