Did a nice 20 min before bed meditation. I also participated in lots of mindful breathing while i practiced non-judgmental wobbly (now I am allowed to judge hahah) yoga.

Oh yes absolutely I’ll post it here… For some reason I thought I attached it in the last post but I guess it didn’t work.
I think it’s so hard because different meditations work you know differently for everyone I find I really have to like the voice of the person I’m listening to but I really found this one helpful. Thanks for asking and I hope it helps you like it helped me.

And this is another one that works for me when I’m feeling really anxious

15 min meditation with 4 min of silence
Find it abit harder to meditation so early on the morning when I’m still tired lol but it was very relaxing. Had to keep my focus on my breath cuz I was catching myself starting to fall asleep :sleeping:

I used my 1 hour massage as an opportunity to do mindful breathing meditation. I was in and out because it hurt like hell.

Contemplation and body scan this afternoon. :white_check_mark:Triggered with change of plans by friend with little notice. I think it’s fair to expect more chaos as it’s a regular occurrence from him.

Gratefulness is being known. Anger for a day, turned briefly to sadness for suffering experienced and now its drifting away as in a dream. 2 medis today :white_check_mark:
