Agreed with both you and @LeeHawk. I watched this, rather tried to watch it. It was so not good I could barely stay awake long enough to turn it off because it wasnāt goodā¦
The title of this show gives me vertigo
I keep reading it and it just gets worse!
I need to sit down now
She also fills her wine glass like I used to (assuming it even made it into a glass, rare). Thatās what they make all that space for, right?
The ending wasnāt what I saw happening. That was a huge surprise to me but by the end I was like I just spent a day watching this It was meh. My sister told me to watch it so here we are lol
And most of her bottles actually made the glass
This is from a video game series of 4 games. Iāve gone through all four, so honestly I was a little skeptical that this movie would be any good. Especially since video game adeptations can beā¦so-so at best.
So I was very surprised that it was actually done pretty well for what they decided to do. They are clearly making it into its own story while still well linked to what the story of Uncharted is. itās a fun movie that is really delightful for fans (well, it was for me), but I think it holds up well for people who know nothing about the games.
They try hard to slip in video game mechanics that would be at least somewhat ārealisticā for real life (like the part in the trailer where he tries to get back onto the plane). There is quite a bit of action, splashes of humor, and the ābrighteningā up of the visual aspects of the film to give it a brighter āfeelā works well. The story is also well put together, though a little predictable for those who write or who think a lot during movies, but enjoyably so.
If you go see it, be sure to wait until the credits roll on a black screen or youāll miss the two post scenes/crumbs for a possible second movie.
Favorite Movie with No āSā.
Now this is what Iām talking about. I just loved this one.
Any of yāall seen it? Probably wonāt win any best pic awards. But so far my favorite movie for award season. Iād give it best pic.

Oh that looks good Eric!!!
Thanks for the suggestion. Visiting my sister this coming week and she has alllll the channels.
I think Iāve heard of this but canāt remember for sure! I shut off Apple TV after I finished Ted Lasso. Will check this out when I sign up again. Thanks, Eric!
Watched this one recently with the family and we all enjoyed it. Directed by Chloe Zhao (Nomadland).
Been wanting to check this one out!
The Tinder Swindler has claimed the top spot on Netflix for the last 3 weeks for most popular film worldwide. Itās a doccie type film but absolutely shocking what this guy got away with
Had me enthralled from beginning to end and that says a lot, my concentration hasnāt been the greatest lately , be sure to grab a big bowl of popcorn
The Lost Daughter.
Ponderous, dull and filled with characters you simply donāt give a shit about. At least 30 minutes too long, though not even tighter editing would have saved this bland slice of boredom.
Watch something, anything else / 10
We need more Ted Lasso in our lives donāt we?
The Morning Show on Apple TV was done really really well. At least the first season. So well acted. The subject may not be of interest to watch a series about. You know, the āMe Too,ā movement. But it was so well done. Wifey and I loved it. And hated it so much if you know what I mean.
Fuuuuck. Thatās on our list because of award season. and OC is so great in everything. Dang it. Well itās not up for best pic. But OC is up for best actress again.
The preview looks riveting. Thanks. Will check it out after awards season.
Give it a go if you want.
Can always turn it off.
Iād be interested in your assessment. Itās not like Iām some super-knowledgeable film critic, so my reviews are pretty basic and stripped back to the core of my feelings while watching.
Those are the only two shows on Apple TV I watched. Billy Cruddup is my favorite. And amen to more Ted Lasso.
I really appreciate this review. Almost went to see this because of Olivia Coleman.
āInventing Annaā is my latest fave.netflix
