Looks good! I can see why the after taste might not work for you. Certain fake sugars can taste different to different people. Maybe the monk fruit?

81 days.
I Found a cereal with no sugar. I feel like I won the lottery. It was pretty good. I think I might like it for a snack or dessert kinda. We don’t eat much cereal around here. And most have some added sugar. It’s not a deal breaker for me if it’s a meal.

I made it to 30 days and am amid an awesome bought of PMS which is screaming for something sweet!!!

Day 83.
I been snacking on the Keto things I took a pic of up above. And some of the mango balls I took a pic of up above. I’m making myself stick to the serving size. But last night I felt that feeling of “here I go again” :scream: I’m going to be binging on these 0 sugar keto things and mango balls :grimacing:. I didn’t. But I caught that feeling. As long as I stick to the serving size. And only have them once a day. Sometimes it’s just easier to abstain. For me anyway.

I’m thinking of bringing some of those treats with me so I’m not tempted with mini bar chocolates and sugary stuff wrapped up gorgeous hotel packages.
As long as I can stick to the serving size.

Yep to the yep! I’ve been trying to eat mindfully for many years now, and with the alcohol out of the way, I’m doing even better. But that dark chocolate I tell myself is so healthy and much better than eating a bunch of Snickers… well, the abstaining has begun. :yum:

I love it! I use it for making sugar-free hot chocolate, and it’s rich and creamy.

Well, these Keto bites I posted, they taste just bad enough to only want one :rofl:. But, just good enough to actually want one. I can’t believe I even bought something keto. So unlike me. But being sober is so unlike me and look how that’s turning out. :blush:

Heck yes! That sounds yummy! I use cashew or almond milk for everything (cereal, protein shakes) but until this thread I never noticed how much sugar they add :roll_eyes:

Yep, we gotta watch those labels. Sometimes I’ll pick something up that’s been branded as healthy, and I see like 50 ingredients listed. It’s always a “well crap!” moment. :upside_down_face:

Well . . . I’m jumping on the “no sugar” bandwagon for a while. I am going to have no added sugar until Thanksgiving. Then I’m going to have a slab of pumpkin pie the size of Montana. Well, maybe not. Maybe I will feel so freaking awesome I will never eat sugar again. HAHA! Unlikely. But, I am finishing up day 3. Interestingly later in the day, I felt my mood shift for the better. I have been very down, both because of some life circumstances, and some unknown “just because” reasons. I started feeling happy! I am wondering if my not eating any extra sugar has helped.
