But you’d feel like shit if you ate it though. I been snacking on those Keto things. And that dry keto cereal. They taste just bad enough not to bing. I’m thinking I might just do without them. But it was nice to have them on my trip.
I been drinking a lot of water with fresh bottled lemon juice from Whole Foods. No sugar. Just a real tart lemonade. You wouldn’t want ice cream after that.

I do the intermittent fasting thing. I don’t usually eat after 8pm. And then I don’t eat until lunch which is usually 1 pm. But lately for the past 3 months or so maybe more I been having a no added sugar smoothie around 10 or 11 am. So not sure if that’s still intermittent fasting or not. It’s not for everyone intermittent fasting.
When I started my sober journey 1/2020 I also joined Noom and lost 45 pounds. I substituted a lot of sugar for my booze and as you can see I started this thread 95 days ago. I was feeling like crap and headachey probably because of all the sugar. And it’s bad for inflammation.
I’ve been snacking on some keto no added sugar cereal and other things like that. But I’m about to quit doing that too. I’m not binging on them per say but I’m eating a portion every night and I’ve gain 4 pounds. So I got to get back to work on it.
My diet is nothing special. I eat almost anything but no snacks during the day. No chocolates or cookies and sadly no more gelato.
I think I use to binge eat when I drank, not sure if I was the definition of a binge eater to the extreme. But I use to catch myself sneaking food. And over eating until I felt bad. But not as a struggling routine. I had booze for that. I don’t know.
Sorry I’m rambling.
I guess like booze I can’t just have one chocolate. Or one serving of ice cream. Or one serving of cookies. So I don’t buy them. And I definitely do not order dessert in restaurants anymore.

I’ve also lately been drinking a lot of water with bottled fresh lemon juice in it. I’d prefer fresh squeezed but who’s got time for that. Like a tart no sugar lemonade. I think it helps as a deterrent from snacks. It worked tonight.
Always a pleasure to share what works for me. Wisdom? I don’t know about that.

I have good and bad days. Bad days are days with stomache pain but I have painkillers for that. I have to wait for a date for my surgery. The hospital said I have to wait 6 to 12 weeks for it but because of Covid it can become more…
I’m here every day, but not checking in every day.
I’m very busy with multiple stuff and some big changes in life. My second child is busy moving out, I’m organizing my mariage, my partner is in a financial quarrel with his formal job, my youngest is quitting his school, we are changing our mortgage, etc. It’s just a lot of my plate right now but I’m doing good according the circumstances.

I walk less then I should, but I still do. Normally I walk every day, last weeks only on the days I’m off from work. Today a long day at work ahead: 10 houres, so no walking and that’s fine. I have to take my rest as well.
How are you doing beside the sugar thing?

My back isn’t hurting much these days and I’m doing Pilates reformer workouts with a trainer. And I’m getting in 2 a day walks. One with the dogs. So I can’t complain. Looking forward to getting back to Santa Monica for Christmas. Headed out there mid December. Can’t wait.

Mid december is soon! You must be counting the days I’ve been in Santa Monica 22 years ago, love Californica. Hope to visit it again some day. I even optioned to get married in Vegas, but my partner didn’t liked it
