No More Added Sugar

Hadn’t posted here for awhile. I’m still doing this and going strong.
Thanks for the nudge Jenny on the other thread today.

Thanks Claudia.
I’m feeling pretty good about it.
I find I’m not missing it. I guess I feel healthier all around. I am maintaining my goal weight these days. And now like drinking. I’m afraid to start back up on sugar. I reckon one piece of cheesecake will lead to another. And another. Funny cheesecake came to my mind first.
I do have sugar free snack size chocolates in the house once and awhile. They are nice. They have stevia? In them I think. They say sugar free. I feel like I’m cheating. But I don’t do it very often. Because eventually 1 or 2 a night turn into 3 or 4 a night. And when I run out I don’t buy them again for a few weeks or month. So I figure if I went back to real sugar I’d be binging again.

Again respect Eric, I wish I could do it. I do not eat much sugar, but sometimes I just NEED chocolat :sunglasses:

Yo twinsie :joy: sugar referee.
@Its_me_Stella
Just got these in. I feel like I’m cheating. But it says zero sugar. I only want a couple a night after dinner.
But I see the sugar alcohol thing? What’s up with that?

As long as I’m not binging on these I feel ok eating them once and awhile. Like until they’re gone :joy:

Am I good? Or what?

I use to love salt water taffy.
I don’t get to have that anymore. Last time I had some. It was in Coeur d’Alene Idaho 2002. Probably not the best place to have it. I lost a crown on that vacation in some taffy :grimacing::grimacing: Dad’s not allowed to have taffy anymore :rofl::rofl:

Hey, is your headache gone? I think I found it :face_with_head_bandage:

So far so good.
They taste normal.
Trying hard not to binge. And succeeding.
I put the sugar free peppermint Pattie’s in the fridge
Next to the applesauce :joy:

Big celebration day for this guy.
Still doing this thing :hugs:

Found these the other day at my local Sprouts. I feel like I’m cheating.

I haven’t been on here or posted on this thread until now :). This is something I absolutely need to get a grip on… Sugar :frowning: not just the sweets or basic white sugar, but sugars in white carbs (carbs are a killer for me). I also see a relationship btwn my drug cravings and the amount of sugar I take in. Idk why that is. Can anyone relate? I have been wondering about making a recovery counter for sugar. But I have no idea where to start on this journey. Any advice?
