I thought yesterday was Friday. :grimacing: I do my weigh ins on Friday and Monday and I was saying to myself all week that after my weigh in Friday I was going to give up sugar. I went to weigh in today and I’m like

I found something for you.
The Dr I saw yesterday is working on my eating with me and suggested this Nutritionist’s cookbooks. Her recipes are all focused around anti-inflammatory foods. One of the recipes on her site is an APPLE PUDDING!!! Sounds like a nice dessert, I am going to give it a whirl, though you might like to as well. :heart:

Here it is morning and home after a few days hotel. Stood on the scale and there it is: one kilo extra :sweat_smile: I knew it: to many croissants for breakfast! :rofl: Yesterday was my day 1 no sugar and I managed. But tomorrow starts part 2 of my holiday. It’s a challenge! I think I’m going to take this book with me to read it again:

My apologies Lee for not getting you this sooner.
It’s not like a secret recipe or anything.
I do love this one though. And the seasonings are staples in my house. I usually double the recipe and leave out the sugar. It taste better if it’s been in the fridge a bit for the flavors to get acquainted.

And I only use olive oil.
And that chopped jar garlic stuff because I’m lazy.

For some reason I like it best on Bibb Lettuce or Butter lettuce or Boston lettuce. Whatever they call it in your neck of the woods.
