I might not be able to do the workouts in this challenge, but I’m doing my own workout that’s better for my Hashimotos and other needs and goals. And I’m sticking to it
Today I’ll add one more km to my daily walk and on Saturday it’s time for another kettlebell workout
Day 8 done. I am done.

The Snow Fairy
Claude McKay
Throughout the afternoon I watched them there,
Snow-fairies falling, falling from the sky,
Whirling fantastic in the misty air,
Contending fierce for space supremacy.
And they flew down a mightier force at night,
As though in heaven there was revolt and riot,
And they, frail things had taken panic flight
Down to the calm earth seeking peace and quiet.
I went to bed and rose at early dawn
To see them huddled together in a heap,
Each merged into the other upon the lawn,
Worn out by the sharp struggle, fast asleep.
The sun shone brightly on them half the day,
By night they stealthily had stol’n away.
Day 9 done! Felt this one a little more, definitely should have got it in earlier than I did, but what matters is it’s done!
Hope to be more energised tomorrow. Female topics are calling for self-care.
Recovery.
Day 10 done! Besides that, I haven’t done any further exercise! Today it’s just chilling on the couch with a Rooibos vanilla tea!
Day 10 done! Time for dinner and the couch!
5 and 6 done.
Caught up on day 9 and 10.
Day 10 done on the 11th. On day 10, I had a day off work, slept poorly and took a nap, a rare occurrence for me. I also had a nice long meander with the dog.

I find these words fill me with peace and dread simultaneously.
Stopping by woods on a snowy evening
Robert Frost
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
Interesting quote! Thanks for sharing, as always!
Today rest day! I did a Tabata at home with my boxing bag!
Yes! This is exactly what I need!!!
Welcome, feel free to jump in!
Awesome thank you!!
Day 11 active recovery. I did one of my favorite short hikes up to a suspension bridge in the mountains above my house. Only 5 miles but some good elevation change.
I’m gonna catch up tomorrow
