Donāt know know if eliptical countsā¦ thereās nowhere good to run where I live and I have a bad knee (torn acl). Just passed my 4th day while doing eliptical for 90 minutes (I took a break after 45). I wouldāve done the sweaty selfie but like I said I donāt know if eliptical counts. Feeling pretty good! out of shape but nonetheless. I just need to fix my sleep cycle.

Cool. Itās only the 3rd time Iāve got any exercise this month. One of those was walking for miles when I was having withdrawals and I couldnāt just sit in my apartment. I ended up going to the ER after that. I thought I could walk off my alcohol withdrawals. I relapsed after that. Now here I am at 4 days. Starting to feel better even though my sleep cycle is messed up. I hope I can get some sleep and make it to a meeting tomorrow.

Exercise is the best thing for me. Iām going on day ten. I still canāt sleep. So I go skate for an hour or two fine home shower than I get to sleep
Hey, whatever works right? Gotta get some kinda routine going.
Im trying to run 4x per week. I looked up a plan for training for a 5k in 8 weeks. I have it printed up and taped to my door to keep me responsible. On week 2 now. Today for some reason I didnt have much energy. I did my usual loop but I walked half of it. I think thats okā¦ the main thing is doing it, and its ok to listen to your body. Kind of like staying sober, you dont have to be bouncy and enthused about it all the time, you just have to keep on keeping on.
