No, maybe I should try it. I oftensee them in shops. Or before that start stretching after running as a habit. I often just sit down with a drink, and then panic because I have x y and z to do and never get around to stretching.
My glutes and quads are so sore from the leg workout yesterday. I don’t even know how I pulled this run off AND it felt good

I haven’t dealt with pain in the inner thigh. Stretching and rest is probably what you need.

Tonight’s run was a weird one. I started running and saw group of guys beating a guy up which is weird because I live in a really affluent area. Turned around and ran the other way and throughout my whole run I was unsettled m and wondering if I should call the cops but also worried they may have saw me.
3 and a half songs, two and half songs, then a few songs by themselves. Looking back at this thread I can see the times are edging up. I am sick to death of the songs in my shuffle that I use for running. I have to put more in.
I also did some stretching after (I forgot for a couple of hours, then did it). Hopefully I won’t get more aches and pains.
I am getting little holes in the tops of my trainers. These have lasted several years, nearly time to get some more. It will be my birthday in December so maybe I will get some proper ones for that.

I rode my motorcycle from eastern ND. Took, I forget, like 4 or 5 days. Chillin here all week (now I can relate to your battles running in the heat!). Leaving bike here and flying home Friday night for a Saturday morning race in northern MN. So, yes, got a race coming up
I will then have my motorcycle here when I fly down in the winter. Probably do some winter races in St. George, UT area.
