There are many but a few key ones are
- no more fighting through daily hangovers
- no more waking up to find I sent embarrassing texts that were complete gibberish
- repairing my relationships with my kids
- No Emergency Room trips in over a year. I had 3 in 2024 (2 of them involved ambulance rides from work).
