I have now managed a grand total of… 5 which is the same as before however i really struggled before so they were an awful 5. These were a passable 5 however still an achievement i couldnt do one before!

Quick question/classification… As the numbers rise are we supposed to be doing them in one single set?
I’ve done push-ups a while now and there is no way I could ever go from a set of 10 to a set of 50 proper push-ups in only 30 days.
I can’t imagine that’s the case. It’s total, not straight
