Actually, you will be amazed before you are halfway through! This routine has jumps of five - but you can make smaller increments, like 10, 12, rest, 13, 15, 16, rest for the first week. I did my first challenge 2 years ago and I thought the same as you. After recovering from a shoulder injury, I restarted daily pushups last month. I’m up to near the 50 mark now, but my form is probably slacking, so I’m using this challenge to really get my form bang on.
I get you… But proper form kills.
When i changed to deep, proper form I dropped from 50 to 20.
To progress from there took a long time.
I have back and shoulder issues, but still think it’s a big push over 30 days.
