Day three was easy and completed!
Day 3…done! I can always accomplish rest, haha. Although I taught a yoga class this morning, so I did get some arm strength in there today even if I didn’t do any formal push ups
Day 3, I added a couple more from yesterday and worked on having deliberate form. #thereisnooffseason

Who would have thought that our little collection of addicts would be the most inspirational place I have ever been in?
I did my push ups yesterday evening…right after my planking - which I have been doing pretty much every day since the plank challenge. I felt so inspired that I got my dumbbells out and did a few reps whilst watching a TV show with my wife. It feels like that could also catch on. I have been meaning to be a bit more active for years, but it just never happened. This group has dragged me into it without me realising it.
