As an ex-heroin/fentanyl user, I can say that in my active addiction I would maybe have a “movement” once every 2 weeks and then, when I did have one, I would frequently sit on the toilet CRYING because it hurt so bad, coming out.
One more reason to feel blessed to be Clean. I’m so glad that’s over.

Inspired by reading this thread:
We’ve all been there, enjoyed spicy food the night before and then the next day it’s time to pay, dearly. What I am wondering is: what are those uncomfortable moments on the toilet called in your language and how does it translate to English? I will start:
- burn ass (US?)
- ring sting (UK)
- burns on the way in and on the way out
- fire in the hole
- ring of fire
- there’s a fire in the Porcelain Express / Ceramic expressway
- Dutch: heet in de mond = heet in de kont (hot in the mouth = hot in the ass)
- German: das brennt zweimal (that burns twice)
Please enlighten us all with your best
