Day 2 no caffeine and I feel amazing! No 2:00 crashing for the first time in forever. And it’s the weekend when I’d normally stop and grab a new high octane IPA on the way home, yet the thought of doing that makes me sick

Hello, pals. Here I am 3.71 years alcohol free. There have been a couple of times this week when I’ve walked past a brewery and smelled the hops, or caught a whiff of my wife’s glass of red and both times gone “oooooohhh that’s NICE”. It felt more like a fond memory than a craving though so I guess that’s okay. Hope everyone is having a good one

Spent yesterday with my son, was good to see him.

and my skin condition has been under control. I’m almost 39 and since I quit drinking I feel more active and look better than I did when I was drinking
