Good morning peeps. Day 349 SAF and 336 no smokes. Haven’t posted anything lately, but figured I’d stop by and say what’s up. Glad you’re all doing so well. I been doing the Smart recovery/AA/Dharma/ anything and everything that helps me stay fuckin sober. Plus working on the family thing and trying to rebuild relationships the right way. It’s crazy how we don’t see all the shit we put other people through when we’re in addiction. I’ve had some hard conversations this past year. And I didn’t realize that real sobriety even though so much better, is actually a lot harder to deal with life when you actually start feeling your emotions again. But like I said sobriety is worth its weight in fucking gold.
I relapsed so many times before rehab and actually putting 
into sobriety instead of half assing it. (That stuff actually works. Who knew? 
) I just wanna thank the people in here for always telling me to never quit quitting. We deserve to be sober, and present and living life the way we’re supposed to. Not beaten the fuck down by some poison. Hope you all have a great sober day.

First hair cut in 9 years, the colour I was brave enough to do myself because I’m doing things like that now ….and guess what it’s not turned out freaking chestnut …. BUT guess what ….shit happens and I don’t have to drink on it today so theres the miracle right there and it’s all freaking gravy
