Why am I just learning you can cook bacon in the oven?? Won’t that start a grease fire?
No fire. It’s amazing. I just cook mine on parchment paper. Best bacon you’ll ever eat.

You should see her when she smiles, she is truly beautiful and SUPER lively! She went to a movie in the theater by herself this week and to a concert last week on her own! Amazing. Love her!
