Thought it was Fretalian, which is neither French nor Italian.
Never forget my first Starbucks experience. I was on a stop over at LAX, after 3 years in the Far East. Wanted a cup of coffee, and was a bit jet lagged and grumpy. Barrista asks me what I want. I look at the menu and see cappuccino (which I thought was a type of monkey), latte, and a whole bunch of other things. And the sizes are in some weird language.
I say âCoffee, black. Largeâ. She says âwhat flavor?â
I look up and see all these different varieties and flavors. Havenât a clue, as for Marines the variety is âinstant or brewedâ âgood or badâ.
I say âI want coffee, the kind Jaun Valdez grew, picked, and hauled over the mountain on a donkey, roasted, ground, and water filtered through. Black. Coffee flavored. Biggest size you got.â

Right. Sushi Boat for 2 costs somewhere around $60, so I need to be feeling a bit ritzy before I go for it. Itâs good quality, so itâs worth the occasional splurge.

I had a similar experience with my first visit to Starbucks (although not fresh from deployment). I just wanted a large coffee and it took some wrangling for us to understand each other. I also think I paid about $5 for said large coffee at the airport⌠wanted to tell them to âget off my lawnâ

Same. Wasnât used to âthe 'tudeâ, especially when trying to order a simple cup of coffee. Wasnât till a couple years later that the first âFivebucks Coffeeâ popped up in my East Coast area.
And being a Boston Boy, my heart belongs to Dunkinâ Donuts coffee. So simple. I say âcoffee. Large. Blackâ and thatâs exactly what I getâŚand then donuts. Fivebucks doesnât have donuts.

Live near a Wegmans? They have awesome sushi, made fresh, half the price of a restaurant.
And you can eat it right there.

No sir. Market Basket, though, who I love. They make sushi on-site as well, but still not sure Iâd trust it
Iâd trust it more than a restaurant. Health inspector reports in our local paper, lots of restaurants with low grades. Corporate chain supermarkets get high marks. Better QC I think.

So over it. 2 root canals in a 3 day span. Then this morning I had a root canal and my wsidom tooth extracted back to back. Itâs been a rough 2.5 weeks but hey, Iâm sober and loving it!!

Lol yea i would show the pics of my teeth that i had root canals on just wasnt sure anyone wanted to see a hole in my tooth lol
I didnt want any work on my one front tooth so it was pulled⌠It sucked, but i have an appt. To have it replaced with a implantâŚ
